Abstract

The advent of digital technology has revolutionized various sectors globally, and marketing is no exception. In Nigeria, the rapid adoption of digital technologies has significantly transformed the marketing landscape, enabling businesses to reach wider audiences and engage with customers in innovative ways. The proliferation of internet access, smartphones, and social media platforms has created new opportunities for marketers to interact with consumers, gather insights, and tailor their strategies to meet the evolving demands of the market (Okonkwo, 2019; Eze, 2020).
