Strategic Transparency and Its Role in Achieving Organizational Loyalty (An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees at Al-Madar Electrical Appliances Company)

This research seeks to analyze strategic transparency and its role in achieving organizational loyalty within the business environment of companies by activating the role of strategic transparency to enhance organizational loyalty and achieve the desired goals that the company seeks to achieve. The importance of the research is highlighted in its treatment of two vital terms, namely strategic transparency and organizational loyalty, as the research contributes to providing a practical framework to address weaknesses in the company's performance, improving the company's competitiveness and capacity to adjust to environmental changes. The research employed a descriptive analytical methodology, utilizing a questionnaire to assess the variables under investigation and examine the correlation between strategic transparency and organizational loyalty. The research was applied to a community of individuals working at Al-Madar Electrical Appliances Company. The questionnaires were distributed to 85 participants, of which 80 valid responses were obtained for statistical analysis. The research results showed that strategic transparency has a great impact, as it makes the company's employees feel that the management is honest and clear with them about the company's goals and plans. This enhances mutual trust and increases the employees' connection to the company. The study recommended the need to enhance the sense of belonging, as when the company informs employees about its strategies and the reasons for making certain decisions, the employees feel that they are part of the process, which increases their sense of belonging to the company.
