Abstract

This study explores the role of authentic videos in developing socio-cultural competence among students. The research highlights the significance of real-world videos as educational tools that offer immersive experiences, enabling students to understand, appreciate, and engage with diverse cultures. The findings suggest that authentic videos are an effective medium to build socio-cultural sensitivity, increase global awareness, and develop cross-cultural communication skills. The paper examines how these videos can be integrated into educational settings and their impact on student learning outcomes.
