Development of Credit Operations of Commercial Banks

This article examines such aspects as the development of commercial bank lending, reduction of the volume of problem loans, creation of new credit products, effective management of bank credit risks, capital adequacy, liquidity, and asset and liability management. In addition, the relevance of commercial bank lending activities today, the stable functioning of the banking and financial system, existing problems associated with banking risks, and proposals for their elimination are given.
