Abstract

Digital transformation in banking is a process to move from non-digital services and operations to modernized, digital-first systems. The goal of digital transformation is to deliver better customer experiences, drive efficiency, adopt innovation and ultimately generate business value.This article discusses the issues of digital transformation of banks and also gives broad explanation of challenges and benefits of this process in banking system of any country.
