This article is aimed at studying the international development processes of the mortgage market and their impact on the economy. The study analyzes the experience of developed and developing countries such as the United States, European countries and Asia. It provides information on the growth rates of the housing loan market, changes in interest rates and the impact of state participation on the credit market. The article uses numerical statistics and diagrams to highlight the main factors in the mortgage market and their contribution to the economy.
