Abstract

The development of free economic zones gives rise to heated debates in various circles of society about the expediency of establishing such zones, their tasks and goals, areas of placement, etc. These discussions are natural, necessary and an integral part of the process of approving a new phenomenon in the life of the country. Support from progressive political and social organizations, the government, individual politicians and representatives of business circles can give both vitality and workability to the concept of free economic zones in the country.
