Abstract

This comprehensive study examines the theoretical framework and scientific foundations underlying the legal regulation of digital assets in inheritance law. The research analyzes the evolving nature of digital property, its characteristics, and the challenges posed to traditional inheritance mechanisms. Through systematic analysis of existing legal frameworks, technological considerations, and emerging jurisprudence, this article provides insights into the development of coherent regulatory approaches for digital asset inheritance.
