Abstract

This article explores adjudication as a modern method of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in the context of international commercial disputes. It examines the historical development, legal framework, and practical applications of adjudication in resolving cross-border commercial conflicts. The study also analyzes the advantages and limitations of adjudication compared to arbitration and mediation, emphasizing its efficiency, enforceability, and role in global commerce. The article further discusses the influence of international treaties and institutional rules governing adjudication, along with relevant case studies that illustrate its effectiveness in resolving complex disputes. Finally, the paper presents recommendations for enhancing adjudication mechanisms to promote fair and efficient resolution of international commercial disputes.
