Abstract

Central Asia represents a promising yet complex investment landscape characterized by emerging markets, rich natural resources, and strategic geopolitical positioning. However, potential investors face challenges such as political instability, regulatory opacity, and infrastructural deficits. This paper proposes a comprehensive data-driven model to assess the investment potential of Central Asian countries, with a detailed case study of Uzbekistan. The model combines multiple quantitative indicators to generate an investment risk score, aiding investors in making informed decisions. The findings underscore the utility of this method for guiding foreign direct investment (FDI) strategies and regional economic development.
