Strategic Clarity and its Impact on Organizational Excellence Management: An Exploratory Study in the Iraqi Tourism Authority

Research Aims To construct cognitive frameworks for main sub-variables based on tracking the conceptual pathway, as well as identifying their elements to facilitate the determination of primary role played by organization under study. Particularly, tourism organizations currently have a significant need to recognize a new method empower employees to foresee organization’s future through independent variable of strategic clarity, which has four dimensions: (clarity of objectives, (SC) of activities , procedures, clarity of organizational structure, clarity of employee roles). Additionally, it seeks to understand impact on managing organizational excellence (dependent variable), which directly . indirectly affects employee behaviors and skills across four dimensions: (leadership, human resource management, policies, strategies, resources). This study was applied the Iraqi Tourism Authority, with a sample of 60 managers holding positions such as General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Department Head, and Division Managers. The research problem centered around the following question: "What is the nature of relationship impact between strategic clarity managing excellence?" Furthermore, how can this be utilized to develop a research model can be applied? Based on this, a research model was formulated to determine the relationship and impact between the two variables. Various statistical methods were employed, including arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative importance, multiple regression. most important conclusions drawn by the researcher indicate variable of strategic clarity contributes to empowering employees to foresee organization’s future and adapt potential risks to achieve their goals. Moreover, it suggests establishment of a dedicated unit for research development, adapting strategies internal and external environmental variables.
