Abstract

This article focuses on innovative proposals for enhancing the tourist experience through the implementation of digital solutions. It explores ideas such as using augmented reality (AR), gamification of tourist routes, and creating personalized services based on artificial intelligence (AI). The creation of a unified digital ecosystem is proposed, integrating all services from navigation to excursion bookings, along with support for these initiatives from both the government and the private sector. The article emphasizes how these innovations can not only enhance tourists’ experiences but also increase Uzbekistan's appeal on the global tourism stage.
