Abstract

This article presents the results of a study on the conceptuality of education in the development of professional competence of personnel. It also discusses the definitions of education quality in both narrow and broad senses.

One of the key aspects of the conceptuality of education in the development of professional competence of personnel is the organic connection in the educational-methodological sphere that is established between the departments of higher education institutions that train specialists and their consumers.
