Abstract

This study examines how innovative project management can act as a catalyst for socio-economic growth in Bukhara, a region with rich cultural heritage and substantial economic potential. By adopting advanced methodologies such as Agile, Lean, and Hybrid models, Bukhara has experienced notable improvements in economic development, infrastructure, and social well-being. These methodologies have enabled more efficient project execution, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and increased adaptability to changing circumstances, which are crucial in driving regional development.
