The Role of Time Release Study (Trs) in Uzbekistan’s Accession to the Wto and the Reform of the “New Customs” of New Uzbekistan

This article examines the concept and significance of time-release studies (TRS) as an important tool for improving the efficiency of production and logistics processes. It also explores relevant issues related to the stages of TRS implementation, including data collection and analysis, process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and developing optimization measures. Reforms of the customs system in New Uzbekistan, including the digitalization of processes and their harmonization with international standards, are analyzed. The key role of TRS in reducing turnover time, improving quality, simplifying procedures, and minimizing costs is noted. The conclusion offers recommendations for modernizing customs infrastructure, successfully implementing the study, and enhancing the security of customs and logistics processes.
