Abstract

the article presents an updated methodology for effective management of risks associated with innovational activities in textile enterprises. It examines ways to identify, assess and mitigate possible risks in the planning, implementation and control processes of innovation projects. Through improved methodology, enterprises can more effectively manage innovation activities and increase their competitiveness.
