The translator will be limited within the text of the book he is reading. He cannot go beyond the scope of the work, he cannot continue the idea put forward by the author, nor can he limit himself to shortening the work. In short, the translator only translates what is available from one language to another. But despite the fact that the place of translation is so limited, it is part of the art of speech. This is because the translator is creative in the field of language.
