Abstract

This paper explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM), focusing on its current applications, impact on key HR functions, and the ethical considerations surrounding its implementation. As AI technologies become increasingly integrated into recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement, organisations must adopt human-centric strategies that enhance, rather than replace, human decision-making. The study aims to provide insights into the strategic and ethical integration of AI in HRM to improve organisational performance and employee well-being.
