This article analyzes the legal regulation of terrorism under international criminal law. The paper also identifies key legal gaps and enforcement challenges in prosecuting terrorism as an international crime. It concludes with practical suggestions for improving international cooperation and developing a unified legal framework to more effectively combat global terrorism.
