Abstract

The principles of law serve as guidelines for determining the trends of socio-economic development that are in effect not only in a certain area, but also in the country as a whole, and in the development of measures to be implemented in the direction of the country's development. If we talk about universal principles, today in all democratic states, human life and health, honor and dignity are recognized as the highest values. At the same time, today new ideas, principles and thoughts on the formation of a legal democratic state and civil society are being formed and proposed, and each country is developing its own development path in the direction it wants and chooses.
