Abstract

In today's world, scientific conclusions and recommendations in the field of career guidance and the necessity to update the methods for introducing high school students to the world of professions are emerging. The career guidance system for students includes vocational promotion, vocational information, the primary professional diagnosis of an individual's interests and abilities in a specific field, career counseling by specialists either individually or in groups, career selection aimed at choosing a profession with greater chances of success, and social-professional adaptation during practical training. The purpose is to provide students with information about the world of professions, their characteristics, classification, and the demand for certain professions in specific regions, helping them choose a profession that interests them and is essential for society.
