Abstract

This article explores the critical interplay between poverty and entrepreneurship in the context of strengthening the moral and ethical foundations of civil society. It emphasizes that poverty not only presents economic challenges but also poses a threat to social cohesion and ethical values. The development of entrepreneurship is presented as a viable and sustainable solution to reducing poverty, empowering individuals, and fostering a sense of responsibility, initiative, and self-reliance. The article analyzes the role of social institutions, government support, and community engagement in promoting entrepreneurial activities that contribute to moral development and civic responsibility. By linking economic empowerment with ethical growth, the study argues for a comprehensive approach to building a resilient and value-driven civil society.
