Abstract

This study explores the legal status, functions, and operational areas of self-regulatory organizations (SROs). SROs play a crucial role in easing government regulation, maintaining order within industries, and coordinating stakeholders' interests. The paper also analyzes international experiences and discusses the prospects for the development of such institutions in Uzbekistan.
