Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the medical field, enhancing diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and surgical precision. However, its integration into healthcare raises significant ethical concerns, particularly regarding patient confidentiality, decision-making autonomy, and moral accountability. This study explores the ethical and religious perspectives on AI in medicine, analyzing viewpoints from Islam, Christianity, and Buddhism. Islamic ethics emphasize the sanctity of human dignity and the necessity of patient consent, while Christianity highlights the moral duty to preserve human life. Buddhism advocates for the principle of "Do no harm," stressing balance between technological progress and ethical responsibility. The study concludes that AI should function as an assistive tool rather than an autonomous decision-maker in healthcare. Establishing ethical boundaries and aligning AI
