Implementation of Crm Systems in Uzbekistan's Car Dealership Networks: New Data and Prospects

The results show growth in digitization in major cities, with a forecast for narrowing the gap between regions. The study emphasizes the benefits of CRM for increasing sales and customer loyalty, relying on case studies and global trends.
