In today's digital era, ownership of intangible assets has become so widespread that the concept of property ownership increasingly appears to be a fiction. This is because the notion of "digital property" has yet to find its place in legislation. To address this issue, should electronic assets also be recognized as personal property, or is it more beneficial to maintain the traditional legal theory unchanged?
