Abstract

Recently, there have been rapid changes in the work of the Ministry of Education in the field of development and related administrative methods by keeping pace with technological development in an effort to adopt quality and educational standards that allow it to establish an educational administrative work system that balances reality at all social, educational, technological and cultural levels and the established goals. Because the administrative and educational process is a constant search for modern methods, strategies and methods, the Ministry, like other fields, has begun searching for its advanced technological version, using modern artificial intelligence technology, which is one of the technologies of the technology era, as it touches all areas of life, starting with simple computers. , and ending with more complex devices. The use of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in the Ministry of Education has accelerated despite the potential. Simple, but it motivated employees and students to engage in artificial intelligence, and the institution opened up the courses to its employees. In this context comes scientific research on the role of artificial intelligence in improving the work of ministry employees.
