Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a critical factor in the competitive service industry, yet the combined impact of product quality, service quality, and product diversity on satisfaction remains underexplored. This study aims to examine how these factors influence customer satisfaction at Conato Jember. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents through structured questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that product quality (t = 6.241, p < 0.001), service quality (t = 5.543, p < 0.001), and product diversity (t = 4.305, p < 0.001) each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Moreover, these variables collectively contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of maintaining high product and service standards while offering diverse product choices to maximize customer satisfaction in the service sector.
