Abstract

The article examines the conditions of mathematical representation of the rectification process and analytical representation of mass transfer. In addition, a mathematical model was developed to determine the amount and composition of phases leaving the plate in a quasi-stationary state, as well as the finite number of retained phases. It was found that the properties of the flows released as a result of melting (flow rate, temperature, composition), as well as the amount of retained liquid and vapor phases depend on equation (7), expressed in this article.
