Application of Insurance Activities in the Digital Economy

This scientific article is devoted to the development of insurance activities in the digital economy and its implementation in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the importance and opportunities of digital technologies, including Big Data, artificial intelligence and blockchain, in the insurance sector. The article focuses on the issues of increasing the efficiency of services and expanding the capabilities of insurance companies to provide quality services to customers through the introduction of digital technologies. The study considers the technical infrastructure, legal framework and training of qualified personnel necessary for implementing digital transformation in the Uzbek insurance market. The article provides recommendations for adapting digital technologies to local conditions, based on foreign experience. It also provides recommendations for further personalization of services provided to customers through mobile applications and online platforms, the creation of digital insurance products and automation of services based on blockchain. The article provides for the development of systematic measures to develop and improve the efficiency of insurance activities in the digital economy and serves to accelerate the digital transformation of the insurance market of Uzbekistan.
