Under the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” policy, the contribution of regional digital technologies to the improvement of social services in Uzbekistan is emphasized. Alongside difficulties like digital literacy and infrastructure deficiencies, there are also significant advantages like increased efficiency, transparency, and economic growth. As a catalyst for socioeconomic development, the potential of digital transformation in sustainability, healthcare, and education is highlighted.
