A Holistic Framework for Assessing Uzbekistan’s Higher Education System Through Quantitative and Qualitative Metrics

This article proposes a new comprehensive methodology for evaluating the Uzbekistan higher education system based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. The suggested methodology integrates advanced international experiences such as QS, THE, and Shanghai ARWU, while considering national values. The new method enhances global competitiveness while supporting Uzbekistan’s spiritual and social goals.
