This article explores the theoretical foundations of the Kaizen methodology and its potential application in enhancing the communicative competence of military personnel within the framework of military training. It argues for the relevance of integrating principles of continuous improvement, personnel involvement, and a results-oriented approach to optimize communication skills development in the military. The study reviews key Kaizen tools and methods, such as the PDCA cycle, the 5S methodology, and Ishikawa diagrams, with an emphasis on their adaptation to the specific communication-related challenges and requirements within military operations. The potential benefits of applying Kaizen to improve communication training effectiveness, foster leadership skills relevant to effective communication, enhance teamwork through improved communication, and optimize communication-related processes within the military organization are analyzed. Finally, the article identifies directions for future research in the implementation of Kaizen to specifically target and improve communicative competence in military education and professional development.
